Terms of Service

By accessing or using TanStack Templates ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

TanStack Templates provides downloadable website templates, starter kits, and boilerplates ("Templates") for use in software development projects. Templates are provided as-is and may be free or available for purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

Free Templates: Free templates are licensed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the template code for any purpose, including commercial use, without restriction. See our License page for full text.

Premium Templates: Upon purchase, you receive a single-project commercial license. You may use the template to build and deploy one (1) end-product, commercial or otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template itself. A separate license is required for each project.

All licenses are non-transferable. The license granted is to you personally or your organization, and may not be assigned to a third party.

To purchase premium templates, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the listed amount plus any applicable taxes.

Prices are subject to change. Changes will not affect orders already placed. For refund terms, see Section 6.

We offer a 14-day refund policy on premium template purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@tanstack-templates.dev within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available after 14 days of purchase, or if you have already deployed the template to a production environment and launched a commercial product with it. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

You may not use the Service to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense template source code as a standalone product
• Create competing template marketplaces using our templates
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content and open-source template code) are and will remain the exclusive property of TanStack Templates. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE AND TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TANSTACK TEMPLATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
