Refund Policy

The short version:
- We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all premium templates
- Email us your order number within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Free templates have no charges and need no refund process
1. Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted for premium template purchases within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted before the 14-day window closes.
There is no requirement to explain your reason for the refund, though feedback is welcome and helps us improve our templates.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@tanstack-templates.dev with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- The name of the template you purchased
We process refund requests within 1 business day. The refund itself will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
- The template has been used to launch a commercial product with paying customers (in this case, you have received commercial value)
- The request is for a free template (no charge was made)
- Evidence of chargeback abuse (multiple refund requests across different accounts)
If you have an exceptional circumstance not covered above, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive the full purchase amount.
